Tour Operators / Persons who intend to register as Tour Operators for Ramoji Film City hereinafter referred to as RFC TOUR OPERATORS may register themselves here. The Tour Operators are cautioned to read all the terms and conditions under which they can register themselves as Tour Operators for Ramoji Film City and only those who are agreeing for these terms may register themselves. IF YOU DO NOT AGREE TO ANY OF THESE TERMS, YOU ARE ADVISED NOT TO FURTHER ACCESS THE SITE OR REGISTER AS TOUR OPERATOR.

This is a legal agreement ("Agreement") between the RFC TOUR OPERATOR and Usha Kiron Movies Ltd., hereinafter referred to as UKML, the promoter and developer of Ramoji Film City. Ramoji Film City, is a Guinness World Record holder as the largest film city complex in the world and is a tourist attraction in the State of Andhra Pradesh and tourists from all parts of the world visit Ramoji Film City. Persons interested in booking the tour packages to their tourist customers may apply for registration as TOUR OPERATORS of Ramoji Film City. The registration of TOUR OPERATORS shall be subject to the following terms and conditions and persons opting to register themselves as TOUR OPERATORS shall be deemed to have agreed to submit themselves to the following terms and conditions.

1.Persons cannot register as RFC TOUR OPERATORS unless and until these terms and conditions are read and consented to.

2.Use and access: This site is primarily intended for registration of RFC TOUR OPERATORS and for booking RFC sight seeing guided tours for their customers/tourists. Tour Operators who are individuals/firms/companies competent under Indian laws to contract are elibigle to register themselves as RFC TOUR OPERATORS.

3.RFC TOUR OPERATORS shall be subject to the laws of India and to the jurisdiction of law courts at Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh, India for resolution of any dispute arising out of any booking made by them for guided sight seeing tour of Ramoji Film City for their customers.

4.Membership: A person registering himself as a Tour Operator and duly accepted by the management of Ramoji Film City, shall become a registered RFC TOUR OPERATOR who shall be competent to book entrance tickets and other tour packages of Ramoji Film City.

5.The RFC TOUR OPERATOR shall promote the tourism packages of Ramoji Film City as a preferred tour / travel agent of UKML.

6.The RFC TOUR OPERATOR shall be eligible to book tour packages online for tourists to Ramoji Film City.

7.RFC TOUR OPERATOR shall be provided with a one time unique user identity (user id) to access (login) the booking site of Ramoji Film City for booking of tour packages.

8.RFC TOUR OPERATOR shall be prompted to change the password after intial login and RFC TOUR OPERATOR shall be responsible for safe custody of pass words and shall also be responsible and liable for any misuse of the passwords.

9.RFC TOUR OPERATOR shall be responsible for any and all transactions that take place under their unique user id.

10.RFC TOUR OPERATOR shall charge the tourists at the rates fixed by UKML as mentioned in the website for various Tours and/or tour packages. UKML reserves right to review the rates from time to time and such amended rates shall be notified to RFC TOUR OPERATOR at least 30 days in advance.

11.In consideration of the RFC TOUR OPERATOR promoting the tourism packages of Ramoji Film City UKML and booking the tickets for RFC sight seeing and other tour packages, UKML shall pay commission to RFC TOUR OPERATOR at the following rates.

RATES

12.RFC TOUR OPERATOR shall collect charges from the tourists as per the rates fixed by UKML for the respective package and shall remit the same to UKML through the payment gateway of UKML, after deducting their commission, as approved and notified by the UKML from time to time.

13.RFC TOUR OPERATOR shall generate the on-line booking invoice(what do you call this?) for the tour packages booked on-line by him for each tourist and hand over the same to the tourist for entry into Ramoji Film City.

14.Before booking the tour package ticket, RFC TOUR OPERATOR shall obtain proof of identity of the tourist ( one of the standard identity proofs like driving licence, ration card, pan card, adhaar card_______) and specify the type of id and number of id on the ticket itself.

15.Children below the age of ___ years shall have a concessional rate for sight seeing and other tour packages. Age proof of the child shall be produced at the entrance.

16.RFC TOUR OPERATOR shall inform the tourist that they should carry the ticket along with copy of id proof mentioned on the ticket for entry into Ramoji Film City.

17.Immediately upon booking the entry/tour package ticket, RFC TOUR OPERATOR shall send an email to the designated e-mail id giving particulars like date of visit, type of tour package and such other details as may be required to be furnished.

18.RFC TOUR OPERATOR shall undertake the responsibility of explaining the rules and regulation of UKML/Ramoji Film City relating to the cleanliness, safety, hygiene etc

19.RFC TOUR OPERATOR may promote Ramoji Film City Tourism packages by various modes of advertising but UKML shall not be liable to pay any charges or reimburse any charges for the promotion carried out by RFC TOUR OPERATORS.

20.UKML at its discretion, may provide either free of cost or at actual cost as the case may be, advertising materials, such as posters, brochures, boards and POP material.

21.All advertising materials, such as posters, brochures, boards and POP materials, if supplied to RFC TOUR OPERATOR for advertising the tour packages, shall at all times belong to UKML and will be the UKML’s property. On the termination of this Agreement, the RFC TOUR OPERATOR shall return the advertising materials to UKML or handover them to the person authorized by the UKML to receive the same

22.RFC TOUR OPERATOR shall, during the currency of this Agreement, affix/use on the tour brochures and literature on tour packages, vehicles, stationery etc., such Brand names, Trademarks, Service Marks, Logos, art work, slogans, mascots, designs, labels, marks etc of the UKML only as a licencee. RFC TOUR OPERATOR shall not use nor shall be deemed to have the right or authority to use the said Brand names, Trademarks, Service marks, Logos, art work, slogans, mascots, designs, labels, marks etc. of the UKML on or in connection with the Tours dealt with by RFC TOUR OPERATOR.

23.Nothing herein contained shall at any time, whether during the currency of this Agreement or after the expiry or earlier determination thereof, give or be deemed to give or shall be intended to give to RFC TOUR OPERATOR any right, title, interest, License,authority or claim in or to the said Brand names, Trademarks, Service Marks, logos, art work, slogans, mascots, designs, labels, marks etc.

24.The TOUR OPERATOR shall, on expiry of this agreement or sooner determination thereof, hand over all the labels, marks, art work, moulds, dyes, casts and other material which are in its possession to the UKML and in any event shall not use such Brand names, Trademarks, Logos, art work, slogans, mascots, designs, labels, marks, moulds, dyes, casts and other material in any manner whatsoever

25.RFC TOUR OPERATOR shall not in any manner whatsoever, use or cause to be used the brand names, trademarks, service marks, art works,labels, slogans, or any other material of the UKML; or any other material which is deceptively similar to the material of the UKML. RFC TOUR OPERATOR shall deliver all such material to the UKML and RFC TOUR OPERATOR shall not represent to be tour operator of Ramoji Film City.

26.This Agreement shall be effective from the date of signing and shall remain in force till such time RFC TOUR OPERATOR books tickets on-line. If RFC TOUR OPERATOR fails to book any ticket for a continuous period of 180 days, the registration and the user id given to him would expire.

27.To the fullest extent permitted by law, RFC TOUR OPERATOR shall indemnify and hold harmless the UKML against losses, claims, damages and expenses including, but not limited to attorneys’ fees, arising out of or resulting from any action from a third party which can be attributed to the negligence, lack of due diligence, non-compliance of law by RFC TOUR OPERATOR.

28.Any waiver or failure of the UKML to enforce at any time, any of these terms and conditions shall not constitute or be construed to be a waiver of such terms and conditions or of the right of the UKML thereafter to enforce any such terms and conditions and no prejudice shall be caused to the rights of the UKML.

29.This agreement does not constitute a partnership or a joint venture between the parties.

30.Any dispute arising out of this agreement, shall be tried and disposed off by the courts at N T R Nagar, Ranga Reddy District and the jurisdiction of all other courts, Tribunals, Associations, or any Forum/s is expressly ousted.
